How do I cancel my subscription?

Log in to your account and scroll to the bottom of the page. Below the Billing section, you’ll find the option “Cancel Subscription”. If you have more than one active subscription, first click “View details” on the subscription you’d like to cancel.

How do I reactivate my subscription?

Log in to your account and click on the “Reactivate” option at the top of the page. Then select the date you’d like your next order to be placed.

How do I log in to or out of my account?

To log in, go to our website and click on the account icon next to the bag in the top right corner. Enter your email address and choose to either receive a login code or log in with your password. To log out, go to your profile page and click “Logout
