- Log in to your Everyday Dose account
- Scroll to the Billing section
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Start a quick chat with our team
Looking to pause instead? You can skip or reschedule upcoming deliveries anytime from your account settings.
To cancel your subscription
Log in to your Everyday Dose account
Open the subscription you’d like to manage
Scroll down to the 'Billing' section
Click 'Cancel Subscription'
Once you click cancel, a chat window will open automatically.

If you have more than one active subscription, first click 'View details' on the one you'd like to cancel.

What happens after I cancel?
You’ll be connected with a support assistant, who will ask a few quick questions to understand your experience. They will then adjust your plan, if needed, or proceed with your cancellation, if that’s your preference.
This step is designed to make sure:
- You’re getting the most out of your subscription
- Or that your cancellation is handled smoothly
