If you’ve just placed an order and would like to cancel it, please contact our support team at [email protected] as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to cancel and refund it in time. Please note that due to logistics and processing times, cancelation is not always guaranteed.
If you have an upcoming subscription order that hasn’t been billed yet and you’d like to delay it, you can log in to your account, select your active subscription, and click “Skip”. You’ll be able to postpone it by 1, 2, or 4 weeks.

📌 Please note that skipping only affects the next upcoming order and will not impact any orders that have already been placed, including one placed today.
