Can I change the shipping address on an order I already placed?Updated 12 days ago

Address changes on a recently placed order can only be made by our Customer Support team.

If you need to update your shipping address on your recent order, please send us a message at [email protected] with your corrected address as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to make the change.


Please note that if the order has already been processed or handed off to the carrier, we may not be able to update it. In that case, you would need to contact the shipping carrier directly to request a delivery update or reroute.
