You can complete a short health survey through Truemed to determine eligibility.

If approved, you’ll receive a Letter of Medical Necessity. You can then submit this letter to your HSA/FSA provider or administrator for reimbursement.

If you already have a Letter of Medical Necessity, you can submit it directly to your provider to request reimbursement from your pre-tax HSA/FSA funds. Your letter will allow eligible purchases for 12 months.
